Upgrading the regulatory framework for wind energy, Western Cape Province, South Africa

The general objective of South Africa’s Technical Expertise for Renewable Energy Application (TERNA) program is to upgrade the regulatory framework conditions and techno-economic expertise for undertaking investments in renewable energies in Western Cape Province. The Consultant supports this by drawing up a Regional Regulatory Action Plan by pre-structuring this plan, holding consultations with participants and affected parties, and conducting in-depth studies on selected issues.
